High-Precision Spraying System
The asphalt distributor truck featuring a QGB950 asphalt pump with a flow rate of 950L/min and 36 individually controlled pneumatic nozzles, this distributor ensures precise and uniform asphalt application. The spray rate can be adjusted from 0.2 to 3 L/m² with an accuracy of ±2%, while the spray width reaches 4.5m (optional 6m spray bar). Operators can control nozzles one by one for variable spray width and flexibility.
Advanced Heating and Thermal Management
The 12000L asphalt distributor truck is equipped with a G20 burner (dual burner optional) and a thermal oil circulation system with an RY40-25-160 pump. This ensures rapid and uniform heating of asphalt, with automatic temperature control that shuts off the burner when the set temperature is reached. The system handles emulsified asphalt, hot asphalt, and high-viscosity modified asphalt with ease.
Intelligent Control System
The asphalt distributor truck with PLC-based control system allows for fully automated operation with dual control stations—inside the cab and at the rear backup panel. A 7kW gasoline generator provides independent power, while the speed sensor and proportional valve ensure accurate spray area calculation and consistent application regardless of vehicle speed.
Self-Priming and Cleaning Functions
The 12000L asphalt distributor truck with high-viscosity asphalt pump features self-priming capability, allowing it to draw asphalt from external sources or discharge from the tank. The integrated pneumatic self-cleaning system (or diesel cleaning option) prevents clogging in pipes and nozzles, reducing maintenance downtime.
