Technological Breakthroughs Set New Industry Benchmarks

Among the newly released models, several products are impressive for their technological innovation.

  • Snow Removal Vehicle

The high-pressure snow removal truck totally differs from traditional snow-clearing methods. Instead of relying on chemical de-icing agents, it removes snow, ice, and debris through physical airflow, alleviating environmental impact as well as reducing long-term maintenance costs. This solution is particularly suitable for highways, airports, and other critical transportation hubs, ensuring safe and efficient operations under extreme weather conditions.

  • Truck-mounted Material Handling and Engineering Vehicle

Equipped with an integrated roof-mounted robotic arm, the vehicle supports lifting, grabbing, and self-unloading functions. Compared with conventional equipment, overall operating efficiency is increased by three times, while the gripping force of the grab bucket is enhanced by 45%, enabling easy handling of heavy materials. Thanks to its modular quick-change system, operators can rapidly switch between grab buckets, magnetic plates, cutters, clamps, and other tools, making the vehicle widely applicable in municipal sanitation, recycling, and urban management.

  • New Energy Sanitation Vehicles

With safety and precision at the core, the pure electric compression garbage truck reflects CLW Group’s deep expertise in new energy vehicle development. Built on CLW Group’s self-developed electric chassis, the vehicle body is manufactured with high precision. The power system adopts motors from leading domestic brands, ensuring stable and efficient performance.

Additionally, the anti-pinch safety sensors provide dual protection for both operators and equipment, significantly enhancing safety while improving overall sanitation efficiency.

  • Aircraft Refueling Trucks Strengthen Aviation Ground Support

The aircraft refueling truck is another flagship product showcased at the event. Built on an original Dongfeng OTTC-certified chassis, the vehicle features a high-precision metering system, multi-stage filtration, and comprehensive safety protection, ensuring reliable and efficient transportation and refueling of aviation fuel. It has become a trusted solution in the aviation ground support sector.

  • Broad Product Coverage and Customized Solutions

The CLW Group New Vehicle Launch presented more than just core models. New products such as crawler cranes, drone command vehicles, and insulated boom aerial work platforms were also introduced. The full lineup of 21 vehicles comprehensively covers sectors including sanitation, emergency response, engineering, aviation, and transportation. This enables precise matching of diverse industry requirements and reinforces CLW Group’s ability to deliver tailor-made solutions for global customers.

Global Market Recognition and Strategic Cooperation

Global Market Recognition and Strategic Cooperation

A strategic cooperation agreement between CLW Group and Brazil-based GCI Company further highlighted the product launch. During the event, GCI placed an on-site order for 100 new-energy compression garbage trucks, with the vehicles already prepared for delivery. In addition, follow-up orders for up to 2,000 special-purpose vehicles are planned, signaling strong international confidence in CLW Group’s products and manufacturing strength.

According to the head of CLW Group Heavy Industry’s International Trade Department, the partnership originated through an e-commerce platform, followed by an on-site visit by the GCI team to CLW Group’s production base, R&D center, and manufacturing lines in June. After a comprehensive evaluation, the cooperation was successfully concluded.

The General Manager of GCI Company also commented that Chengli is one of the largest and most professional special vehicle manufacturing bases in China and Asia, expressing strong confidence in CLW Group’s capabilities and international service team, and looking forward to a long-term strategic partnership.
