CLW Aerial Ladder Pumping Plant held its grand inauguration ceremony on the morning of September 16, 2021, at the plaza behind the Technology Building of the new factory in Chengli (Zengdu) Automotive Industrial Park, marking its official opening.
Attending the grand event were distinguished guests including Cheng Guoqiang, Party Secretary and Executive Vice President of Chengli Automobile Group; Ni Wenjin, Vice President; Yang Zuoguo, Deputy Party Secretary of the Group and Director of the Corporate Office; Zhang Huosheng, Director of the Group’s Enterprise Management Office; Shao Bin, Deputy Director of the Production Command Center and Head of the Specialized Plant Service Department; Liu Peilin, Director of the Group’s Publicity Management Center; Jin Chunyan, Executive Deputy Director of the Publicity Management Center; Chen Wenfang, General Manager of the Aerial Ladder Pumping Specialized Plant; and Guo Enxiao, Marketing Director.
Cheng Guoqiang, Party Secretary and Executive Deputy General Manager of Chengli Automobile Group, extended heartfelt gratitude on behalf of the Group Party Committee and all administrative and support staff to the representatives and guests attending the inauguration ceremony of CLW Aerial Ladder Pumping Plant. He congratulated the successful commencement of the celebration.
Secretary Cheng emphasized that Chengli Group has consistently dedicated itself to building a platform for shared prosperity and creating a century-long vision for a beautiful Chengli. With unwavering focus on cultivating and developing its two core industries—specialized vehicles and emergency response equipment—the Group has achieved a remarkable leap from small workshops to a modern, large-scale leader in specialized vehicle manufacturing within just 16 years. Guided by the 3*3 strategy and grounded in party leadership, steady development, and integrity-driven operations, Chengli has realized its grand blueprint. In 2020, the specialized vehicle production value reached 7.5 billion yuan, and this year, we will strive to achieve 10 billion yuan.

At the opening ceremony, Chen Wenfang, General Manager of CLW Aerial Ladder Pumping Plant, delivered a keynote address, expressing sincere gratitude to all attending leaders and guests.
General Manager Chen Wenfang highlighted Chengli’s position as a leader in the specialized vehicle sector, noting that the company is ranked among China’s Top 500 Private Enterprises, a list released by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC).
Under the leadership of Chairman and General Manager Cheng A-luo and the Party Committee leadership team, the group has steadily advanced, rooted in manufacturing, and deeply cultivated the specialized vehicle and emergency response industries, achieving steady and rapid leapfrog development. Joining Chengli Group with my team was a wise and promising choice, representing the aspiration of many in the specialized vehicle industry.
General Manager Chen further emphasized that Suizhou represents the pinnacle of China’s specialized vehicle industry, and Chengli stands as Suizhou’s premier choice—a consensus within the sector and a shared responsibility and mission for all professionals in this field. Today, all colleagues at CLW Aerial Ladder Pumping Plant take this opportunity to express sincere gratitude to our distinguished leaders, guests, and sales elites, and extend warm wishes for a joyous Mid-Autumn Festival. In his address, General Manager Chen also briefly yet solemnly introduced our factory’s two flagship series of high-end, high-value-added products.
This milestone marks the addition of a formidable new force to Chengli Automobile Group’s high-quality product portfolio. The Group’s R&D and production capabilities for new vehicles and products have once again earned high recognition and acclaim within the industry.
