Provincial Leaders Visit Chengli
Back in December, Hubei Provincial Publicity Department Minister Xu Zhengzhong took a tour of Chengli Group. He had good things to say about the company’s efforts in epidemic prevention and its work on medical emergency vehicles.
In November, Hubei Vice Governor Ning Yong visited Chengli Group. He toured the company’s new energy vehicle production line. He encouraged the company to focus on green vehicles and environmental policies.
In late December, Hu Zhiqiang, a Deputy Director of the Hubei Provincial People’s Congress, paid a visit to Chengli. He sat down with the company’s leadership and gave them credit for staying focused and performing well through a challenging year.

2021 was a tough year. Chengli faced widespread challenges, including economic slowdown, pandemic disruptions, natural disasters, and supply chain challenges (a trend extensively documented in the 2021 automotive industry reports by PwC). Even with all this, the company still improved how it runs and ended the year on a strong note.
