On December 9, 2020, Qiu Tiangao, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Jiangling Motors Group (JMC), led the core teams of JMC Corporation and Jiangxi Isuzu Motors Co., Ltd. to Chengli Automobile Group to attend the “2020 Chengli-JMC 3000 Truck Chassis Delivery Ceremony”.

The participants discussed deepening future cooperation between JMC Group and Chengli Automobile to jointly develop the special-purpose vehicle market, marking an important step in advancing their strategic partnership.
On behalf of Chengli Automobile Group, General Manager Cheng Aluo delivered a welcome speech at the conference, warmly congratulating JMC and Chengli on the fruitful results of their cooperation, and expressing sincere gratitude to Qiu Tiangao, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of JMC Group and his alma mater fellow from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. At the beginning of this year, JMC used the “first vehicle for fighting the epidemic” to defend the medical staff fighting in Hubei. Chengli Automobile fought side by side with JMC Automobile, urgently producing and delivering more than 1,000 ambulances (a type of special-purpose vehicle) to support the front line of the anti-epidemic campaign. From January to November this year, Chengli sold a total of 3,174 JMC special purpose vehicles equipped with JMC chassis, and is expected to reach 3,400 units for the whole year, a year-on-year surge of 153%, which is a remarkable achievement for this bulk order cooperation of commercial vehicle chassis.
